We are deeply saddened that the landslide at a jade mining site in northern Myanmar have resulted in loss of at least 162 lives, more than 54 injured and unknown number of people missing.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to the relatives of those who lost their lives and to the friendly people of Myanmar, wish speedy recovery to those injured, and hope that the missing will be safely found soon.
